From competitive athlete to corporate ladder, I spent years chasing success — always pushing, never arriving.
It wasn't until I learned to pause, breathe, and tune into what truly mattered that I realized: true strength wasn't in achieving, but in becoming.
My own struggles with ADHD and inner disconnect led me to explore the intersection of neuroscience, breathwork, and movement. Through this inner exploration, I rediscovered what made me feel most alive.
Today, I combine these insights with evidence-based practices to guide others through their own transformation.
